This is a great dish for ham leftovers.  My mom's recipe. 
I grew up with this.  All casseroles in the 50's had to
have crushed potato chips on the top.  Why was that? 

MACARONI-HAM CASSEROLE - Serves: 6

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
3 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss and/or Jack cheese
3/4 cup sliced green olives
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup crushed potato chips

 Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Combine sour cream,
milk, mustard & pepper. Add to macaroni mixture, and mix
well.  Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-Quart baking
dish.  Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350~ for
25 minutes.
