Speaking of Salmon - How about a casserole?  Lo-cal and quite good!

SALMON BROCCOLI BAKE - serves 6

2 cups cooked white rice
1-1/2 cups chopped apple
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
2 (6-1/2 oz.) cans pink salmon drained
1 (7/8 oz.) package Hollandaise sauce mix, dry

  Preheat oven to 350.  Combine rice and apple in a lightly
oiled 1-1/2 qt casserole.  Place broccoli in a single layer
over rice.  Spoon salmon over broccoli. Prepare hollandaise
sauce according to package directions.  Pour over salmon. 
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. This has
gotta be less than 300 calories per serving.
