Macaroni & Cheese


Recipe By: Louise Giebner (my MOM) & Nugget (I just added much-o cheese to this recipe, so my contribution was more due to largesse than finesse).

1 1/2 cups macaroni
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
salt
pepper
3/4 cup milk

DIRECTIONS:
Cook macaroni and drain. Grate cheese. Cover bottom of pan with macaroni and cover with cheese. Repeat until macaroni and cheese have been used up.

Mix egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Pour over macaroni and cheese. Should fill up about 1/2 to 3/4 of dish.

Bake at 350o for about 45 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
