Spicy Sausage & Cheese Balls

Recipe By: My Mom and my brother Stephen (he changed it a little, I don't know if that really counts in this case but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt)

6 cups Biscuick, sifted
2 packages sausage (the spicier the better)
2 bricks of extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together by hand until well blended. Shape into balls slightly smaller than golf balls. Arrange on a greased cookie sheet about an inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
