When human factors are not fostered in an organization,
it is not whole.
Organizations are dynamic systems.
Human beings are the core of these systems.

Organizations need clear, authentic, visionary leaders in order to create the performance, future, and fulfillment that everyone desires. Management skills alone do not suffice. Leadership is crucial. Leaders everywhere face greater challenges than ever before. Business leaders must address many growing human issues like:

  • Employees who expect work to be meaningful. They want more than just a salary.
  • People who are asking themselves, "Is this all there is?" They are neither happy, nor fulfilled, even when they have reached the supposed pinnacle of their careers.
  • Traditional organizational structures which are not working well any more. The more fluid team based structures which operate effectively in the current environment require more leadership than management. This presents a challenge to traditional managers.

Corporate potential to create positive individual, group and societal change has barely been tapped. Corporations have an immense impact on society because of the resources they control and the people they affect, either directly or by extension. Companies, communities and countries today are greatly in need of transformative leadership
