Variables We Consider to Tailor the Process 1. The company's desired end results in doing the program. 2. Total company (or division or group) objectives in the program (such as cultural shifts) in addition to or as the specified focus of the Executive Development/Coaching Program. 3. Level and experience of participants 4. Number of participants 5. Resource parameters: time (both program schedule and participant) and budget 6. Scope of 360 feedback (possibilities include self, boss, direct reports, peers, key customers, key others they interact with regularly) 7. Information previously collected on and prior developmental activities of the participants 8. Logistical considerations (such as multiple sites, etc.) 9. Use of a group training component in addition to individual sessions 10. Possible need for summary reports on developmental needs across all participants 11.
