Reports Descriptions

There are four fundamental ways the data are presented to create reports numbered 1 to 11 and Graph Reports 1 to 11.

A. A summary report showing distribution of ratings by item and average ratings for all items presented in the same order as the survey. Item names, but not text are presented.

B.
The total survey items are presented in two rank order tabular reports, one report for Strengths and one report for Areas of Improvement. Item text is included.

C.
Items are presented within category groups. Item text is included. There are separate Strengths to Build On and Areas for Improvement Tabular Reports. There are four categories: Work Management, Relationships, Processes and Leadership. Reports 4 to 7 focus on strengths with the items in rank order from highest to lowest. Reports 8 to 11 present Areas for Improvement in rank order with the lowest score item coming first and the rest coming after in rank from lowest to highest.

D.
All of the data presented in reports 1 to 11 are then presented graphically in graph reports 1 to 11. A force field analysis section is an addition which makes it easy to see at a glance how congruent team members answers were to each survey question. Graphic reports are paired with tabular reports by number. The same data are presented for example in graphic report #2 as on text report #2. Since the graphic report does not contain the text of the items, this makes it easy to reference the text of a given item on the matching text report.

A total of twenty-four (24) reports are available if all options are chosen, including the Category Results Summary Table and the Items By Category List. Since some reports are mufti-page, a total report set will exceed 50 pages.

It is not necessary to use all the report options to see all the data. Presentation options are given so you can choose the ones that make the most sense for your situation.
