What T·E·A·M·S Can Do
Some of the unique features of the T·E·A·M·S
program and software are as follows:
- T·E·A·M·S provides a comprehensive survey containing 64 standard question items and an optional
addendum with 8 additional questions that are added to the standard leader category items.
The categories of Work Management, Group Processes, Relationships and Leadership are
covered. One form is required per team member, including the leader.
- T·E·A·M·S Survey Software
generates a series of reports that identify the strengths and areas for improvement of the
specific team assessed. Reports are formatted to facilitate the team's discussion process.
Each diskette tabulates the survey results and reports them for one team, one time, for
any number of members. The software allows a choice of a full range of reports for all
survey items and for items sorted by category. Graphic reports show degree of congruence
of team member responses on each item. Options for use in leader development or executive
coaching are included. The survey software is provided as two diskettes per package,
recommended for use by one team at two different times to provide a baseline and a
follow-up measurement. An alternate use is to use the diskettes for two different teams.
- Our user-friendly manual explains in detail
how to use the T·E·A·M·S survey instrument, conduct an
analysis of the survey software-generated results, and facilitate the follow-up process.
Specific follow-up strategies by item are included. Distinctions in the importance of
survey items for teams versus work groups are provided. Also included are leader
development, managing the work for results, improving meeting processes, and other aspects
of group functioning. This manual provides all the necessary directions for the total
process. It is designed for use by team leaders or managers and/or consultants, either
internal or external, depending on your situation.
- We provide before and after assessments for effective training or development programs
as well as needs assessments for training multiple teams or team leaders.
- T·E·A·M·S also provides the structure for dynamic, productive tune-ups at regular intervals.
