waived her right to administer his estate in favor of J.B. Brinegar.  He 
qualified as administrator on 1 May 1899.  An inventory of the estate dated 30 
Mar 1899 is included in the file also.

This appears to be the person buried as Hampton Brinegar, with wife Elizabeth 
V., Fork Baptist Church.
