Travillion named as executor of the will of Catherine Douthit, Davie County 1855. She names Emily T. Travillion, Mary G. Naylor, and Susan A. Travillion in the will. Emily and Susan would appear to be Nelson Travillion's daughters. Did Mary Travillion marry a Naylor? (no marriage record in Davie County for this) What relation was Catherine? There's a Sarah Mildred Travillion, born 27 Mar 1829, died 29 Jun 1848, buried Olive Branch, listed as daughter of Nelson and Nancy W. There is also a reference in Davie deed 1:160, 28 Nov 1837, in which Samuel Austin's land is divided, lot #5 going to heirs of Nancy Travilian decd. Nancy Williams, consort of Nelson Travillion, is buried at Joppa. However, somewhere I had his wife listed as Susan Austin. From Nancy's death date, it would in any case appear that she is the mother of the children. In 1860 Nelson Travillion age 62, listed as retired gentleman, and Susan A.
