Kana Drills for Windows

Kana Drills for Windows allows you to study both Hiragana and Katakana. Each phonetic symbol is displayed and the user uses the buttons at the bottom of the screen to determine how the program is used. Also, by pressing the Pronounce Kana button shown next to the displayed character, the syllable is actually spoken (if you have a sound card) in a female Japanese voice.

By choosing the Multiple Choice button, the five choices are filled in and the user can choose which he/she thinks is the correct pronunciation. The correct choice does not always appear in the same position and the alternates vary also.
