START | Run   then type in Regedit and press ENTER

Press the + sign next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Press the + sign next to Identities
Press the + sign next to {GUID}        <== note this is a long hexidecimal
string unique to each computer unless manually set to be identical)


Press + sign next to Software
Press the + sign next to  Microsoft
Press the + sign next to Outlook Express
Click on  5.0  in the left window pane

Locate    WindowTitle in the right window pane

Double click on WindowTitle and remove the text (or add your own)  or just
plain delete the WindowTitle key.

You may also see one for Internet Explorer as well.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window Title
