- HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE - Congratulations to Linda Jordan! Linda (BS EE '85 and MSEE '86) was recently nominated for the College of Engineering Hall of Fame and was selected as one of the inductees for 2006. The ceremony will be held Friday, November 3rd, at the Westin Hotel in Buckhead. Linda is currently Sr. VP Institutional Sales & Marketing at Mesirow Financial.

- NATIONALLY RANKED TEAMS READY FOR BALLTLE IN BLACKSBURG [Sept. 26, 2006] - No.24 Georgia Tech will take to the road for the first time in 2006 to play Atlantic Coast Conference rival No. 11/10 Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va., on Saturday. The game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. at Lane Stadium and will be regionally televised on ABC (WSB channel 2 in Atlanta).

The Jackets (3-1, 1-0 ACC) are coming off its third straight victory with last Thursday's 24-7 win over Virginia. Calvin Johnson, Tech's all-America wide receiver, led the offensive attack with five receptions for a career-high 165 yards and two touchdowns. The Tech defense was outstanding holding the Cavaliers to just nine first downs and 166 yards of total offense. View Entire Story

- GRAND CONCLAVE - July 19 started the two week period of celebration, workshops, and fraternity administration know as the Grand Conclave. This year's event was held in Little Rock Arkansas and included an entertaining stepshow competition won by our 7th District brothers of Tau Chapter.
