We had six very large trees fall and after the hurricane we had 10 more trees cut down because they were either leaning or damaged. Overnight our yard was changed from wooded and very shady to open and sunny. The following summer we were inundated with weeds, many of which Hurricane Fran brought with her. Out of this came our 5-year re-landscaping plan.
