WILLIAM H. FREEMAN
The death of William H. Freeman which occurred at 8:45 yesterday morning at his home in Pratt Hollow will cause genuine regret among all who knew him and they were legion.
Mr. Freeman who was born in the vicinity of his late home, went into the oil fields of southwestern Pennsylvania while but a boy and there became a skilled oil well worker. Returning to this section about 20 years ago he continued as a lease man while gradually acquiring production. His powerful physique and indomitable energy enabled him to perform herculean tasks but 51 years old and was a member of Kendall Tent No. 5, Maccabees; of Tuna Vally Lodge No. 453, Knights of Pythias, and of the Sawyer City U. B. Church.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, Roy W. and Melvin Freeman, and one daughter, Miss Stella Freeman, all of Pratt Hollow, and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Monroe and Mrs. Martha Suttell, both of Bradford. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the funeral home. Interment in Oak Hill.
