CLARION, Pa., June 24. - Death of Reed B. Keck, insurance man, whose car plunged into the Clarion river, drowning him in 30 feet of water Saturday, was declared accidental by Dr. Gale H. Walker, Clarion county coroner, today. Keck’s car failed to make the turn near Clarion river bridge, and went into the stream.
