Second Repair of Position 29

The second repair seems to have been done by reworking and filling the plate to remove the damage
Position 29 still has a slight "tail" on the D in DRZAVA, but the E and Z in NEZAVISNA are completely repaired
In the process a small chunk was taken out of the bottom of the shield in Position 30, creating a new variety
I believe these varieties exist on all values of this issue
 

Dot Between V and A of DRZAVA
(Position 97)

In making the repair to Position 29, a drop of metal probably fell unnoticed into Position 97 almost directly below
This variety is only found on sheets from the Third Printing and appears to exist on all values of this issue
