Power can be raised through several means, chanting, drumming, meditation, storing, etc. Another method is through Dance.
Dance is not only used to raise power, it can be used to weave patterns into your magickal workings (patterns are after all only symbols). Different dance techniques and their use in magickal workings are explored. In addition, it is great exercise.
The last portion of the class is devoted to answering questions, reviewing material and preparing for class 24, the last class!
