How you can help Save Lake Chabot
Several agencies play key roles in protecting Lake Chabot.

East Bay Regional Park District
(EBRPD)
EBRPD can acquire parcels that might be targeted for
development. Send an email message urging the District to make every
possible effort to protect Lake Chabot from encroaching housing

City of San Leandro
In the last decade, the City has planned three housing projects
for Lake Chabot. Send the City Council an email message urging them to
stop planning housing units for Lake Chabot. Urge them to work with EBRPD
to acquire open space that is threatened with development. Click here
