The purpose of this e-Learning Portal is to provide means and opportunities for ASTD members to enhance their e-learning knowledge and skills. It includes learning tracks, case studies, technical notes, many examples, links to other useful Web sites, and more.

E-learning is learning delivered through a computer, often via a Web browser. It usually includes instructor led training (ILT), Web-based training (WBT), and a Learning and Support Portal (Portal), plus other elements.

Three main sections to this Portal: The 1st section, E-Learning Elements, provides access to an e-learning Knowledgebase. The 2nd section, E-Learning Knowledge, is designed for any T & D professional. The 3rd section, e-Learning Skills, is designed for training designer/developers.
