It is surprising to some people how many prospective buyers for
your home need some sort of creative financing to actually
purchase a new home. If you offer seller financing as an
additional incentive for someone to look at your house, you may
be providing the extra push for someone to make an offer on your
house.
You need to determine in advance what type of owner financing you
might be able to offer a prospective buyer. You can contact me to
