4. Going to Milwaukee. When I wrote this
tune, it just sounded happy. It had that feeling of freedom and living
inthe moment. My trip to Milwaukee felt the same way and this one goes
out to all the cheeseheads and bikers, especially Bill. Cady Finlayson-fiddle:
Elkin Brown-guitar: Rex McGee-banjo, Jim Roberts-brush on bodhran, snare

After a more traditional hornpipe, we decided to do a reggae version of Crock of Gold. This one is for everyone who has dreamed of winning the lotto.
13. Paddy Fahy’s/Sergeant Early’s Dream/Providence Reel. I think of a journey when I think of these three tunes. There are twists, turns, and dark roads. By the last tune, though, we’ve made it through all of them and it was worth it. The first tune features the harp playing of Cindy Wyatt. Cady Finlayson-fiddle: Cynthia Wyatt-harp: Elkin Brown-guitar: Rex McGee-banjo: Jim Roberts-Chinese nut shells, udu, conga, crotales, caxixi, shells, tambourine, bells.
14. A Method toHis Madness. A poem for Hunter Lee by Elkin Brown, Elkin Brown-author and speaker: Hunter Lee-uilleann pipes. Hunter Lee was the uilleann piper on my Shines Like Silver record. Elkin Brown wrote this poem about Hunter that we felt really captured his character. Hunter Lee died last year, and was never able to hear the poem, but I think he would’ve liked it. Jim found some clips of Hunter’s playing when we were looking through the old computer files,so we put Hunter Lee’s pipe playing in the background. He’s playing a slow air version of a song that we recorded on the Shines Like Silver record (This Old Hammer). This one is dedicated to the memory of Hunter Lee.
