WELCOME TO MY LITTLE PAGE OF METAL! Glad you could check it out! This is the area I tell you all a lil' about me I suppose. Well, my name is Rob (obviously), and I'm a huge supporter of the underground metal scene (another very obvious point). I'm 24 years of age, having been born under the sign of the "Taurus" on April 27th, 1977. I currently reside in San jose, Ca. (where I've been all my life). but I really enjoy traveling and have been to every state in the USA, with the exception of Alaska, and I plan to do it all again sometime in the future. :-)

I play Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboards, and do some vocals as well. Presently I play in 2 Metal bands. I'm a member of Mucus Membrane in which I play guitar/vocals. Mucus Membrane is a brutally intense and fast thrash/death metal project that my friend Tom had initially started years ago when he lived out on he east coast. He's since moved here to the silicon valley (san jose) where we began to revive the old riffs. For more info on Mucus Membrane click "HERE". I also play bass for Osmium, a "Seriosuly" heavy thrash metal band. I've been playing with these guys since the begining of time it would seem. Very cool guys, you can find pics of them in my freinds section here. I originally played lead guitar for this band.. but there has since been a few line up changes and now i'm happily filling in the roll of bassist in this sick collage of musicians!! :-D For more info on Osmium, click "HERE".

In short, My life consists of metal!! Sure I like all kinds of music, anything well writen and that generaly sounds good, will catch my attention, but nothing will get my blood boiling like METAL! INSTRUMENTS:
I currently play My "personalized" (Black with Stickers) Jackson "v" profesional guitar, which I run through a Boss ME-10 floor Preamp and Mosvalve 962 power amp. gotta love it!
I'm also playing my Dean 6 string bass ran trough a red line bass head and genz/benz bass cabinet. I also have a Slingerlund/pearl 7 piece, double bass drum kit.

BANDS:
I'm currently Playing Bass For OSMIUM and Guitar/Vocals for MUCUS MEMBRANE. I have also recorded Drum tracks for PUNISHER, and performed with PSYPHERIA for 2 years. In the original OSMIUM line up, I played lead guitar. And I'm sure there will be plenty of other projects in he future, as well as my own.
