Note the oval cutouts in the front of the receiver area. This is part of the lightening that was performed on the No5's to make them handier (and thus kick harder) for jungle use. Also note the large circular cut-out on the bolt handle at left.
Another image with the wood removed. One can see the additional metal removed from the action as well in this image. This metal removal is highly suspected in the general behavior of the wandering zero where No5s are concerned.
A close view of the integrated flash hider and front sight. This unit is held in by the two pins. The are driven from either side of the sight body.
