Social with Bill Stone
4/06/2003
There was a get-together for Bill
Stone (2004 South Dakota Libertarian candidate for U.S. Senate)
on Saturday, April 5th, at the home of Roger Bloxham and Lynn
Atherton. The festivities began at 7:00 PM. It was just
a great evening all together -- food, music, and most of all
the company and conversation. Not only is Bill Stone a
"typical" smart libertarian, he is witty and humorous.
Michelle Cook and Angelia O'Dell planned an
Italian Dinner with four different pastas for our pleasure.
Jimmy Cook brought Italian wine and Jason Doll and Lisa Sneden brought beer;
for those who do not imbibe, there were the usual soft drinks, fruit
juice, coffee and tea. Dudlee Linger brought a great dip and
Angelia and Michelle also had dips for us. Angelia set the
mood early with sparkling wine, Italian type music and
candlelight. Jason and Lisa also brought an incredible
dessert. Others brought delicious garlic bread, salads and
goodies.
The discussions were most certainly the most
interesting in all of Tulsa that night and it seemed the later they
went the more profound they became, but then that could have been
the hour. It was a great party and those who were here had a
great time.
