Bob Zimpfer has 28 years of experience as a custom builder who offers a complete turnkey operation - personally overseeing each project down to the final detail work.  "Whether it's a log or timberframe home, it's the builder's responsibility to guide clients through the necessary detailed and involved process of home construction.  The key," continues Bob, "...is finding a builder with whom one is comfortable, someone with whom you can maintain constant, frank and honest communication."

"Choosing a suitable design that builds to the land's strengths allows the site to work with the house," explains Bob.  He will carefully study each log or timberframe home on which he works to create a total environment that will magnify both the beauty of the house and the land on which it stands.  Bob uses only a select group of local craftsmen who by experience have proven their abilities through decades of timely, quality construction.

Bob graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Fine Arts.  He is pictured above at a recent home show with his son-in-law, Scott Chitko, Director of Sales.
