Human Clock.com
This is another of my favorite new sites. Check it out. I have a few photos there. They come up randomly when there are more than one for a particular time.

I'm still in Augusta until Saturday. Can't wait to get to Atlanta. But, it's been pretty fun so far. I saw Cole's baseball game last night. (They lost.) And, I'll catch Rachel's t-ball game tonight. Last night, I met up with McDowell for a beer. Also ran into Pete, who I hadn't seen in a couple of years. McDowell looks pretty different, but seems to be doing well. I got pictures of his son. Cameron just turned one on Tuesday. And, McDowell hits 35 (well before I) on Saturday.

Travel News - Augusta update
I arrived in Augusta this morning around 9.a.m. eastern/6, Pacific. After a bumpy and sleepless redeye from Seattle, I decided to drive on into town. Everybody in Atlanta was still asleep when i touched down, at 5:30. And, I needed a computer to work on. So, I thought it would be easier to go ahead and make the trip rather than wake up Karole or Laura. After picking up my Hertz car, (by the way... they have the newest, cleanest, most efficient rental service I've ever seen in my life: new buses with little video screens and a fancy p.a. system; a high tech parking deck; great cars, etc...) I stopped off at good old Highland bagel for a toasted wheat, and a double mocha from Caribou coffee. I miss that place.

I listened to the morning X radio show for the first time in a good long while. And, though the DJs still get on my nerves, it was fun to hear a familiar crew at that hour. I also got to hear a good Tom Glavine interview that focused on non-baseball topics. He'll be pitching tonight. I haven't seen the Braves in a while. So, it will be good to catch up on them later.
On the way to Augusta, I stopped at a gas station and picked up a couple of bottles of the new Vanilla Coke! You can't get that in Washington yet. So, I knew Georgia would have it.

Trying to stay awake now and get some work done. Tonight, me.. the parents.. and Coleman and crew are going out for pizza. Clear and warm here today. I've slept about 2 hours in the last 24. And, I am in serious need of a shower.

A thought: What if there were a new travel company: "Paranoia AirLines" - for those who are too scared to fly after 9/11. For a little extra money, only Americans are allowed on board; pilots and crew are armed; everyone is searched before takeoff; no alcohol is served;....

What's for lunch? I think I'll go to Subway. It's gotta be better than what I might find in the pantry here.

Today, I used the word "skeedaddle" in a conversation with my Dad's friend. As in: "I'm going to skeedaddle by Saturday night, when mom's dinner party starts." The south has a weird effect on me.

The Mirror Project
My new favorite site. I've sent about 8 pictures in. Watch for them. Send your own! Digital cameras are fun; but, time flies by when you're overdocumenting your life.

My Fist Blog Entry
This is a test of my first blog. I hope you like it. I have no idea if this will work. But, I'm going to give it a shot. This page will take the place of my fill page. I plan to post news and updates, photos, favorite links, etc. Come back often. I will be updating this blog regularly.
I'm going to Atlanta today. I leave at 9:45 pm. Shara is giving me a ride to the airport. I get to Atlanta at 5 a.m. Then, I'll either have to kill a few hours before meeting up with Karole, or drive to Augusta and spend the day with my Dad. Hmmm.

E-mail me! It's been a while.
