Graceland continued.
We decided to splurge and take the "Platinum Tour." This included a tour of Elvis's private jet, the "Lisa Marie", his car museum, and the "Sincerely, Elvis" museum. There is a gift shop on your way out of every section of the tour. I bought an "Elvis Presley Boulevard" coffee mug.

Meditation Garden
In the backround, Tom lines up a shot of the fountain. Near Elvis's grave, you'll find his racquetball court (whose walls are now covered with Gold Records), and a few replicas of Elvis's horses. |

Tiny E
I'm not sure if this kid was cryin' for the King or because he was just ready to leave. |

Elvis's grave is covered with offerings, gifts and candles. He's bordered by the graves of his parents, and his twin brother, who was stillborn.

Offerings
Karole & Tom pause briefly under the statue of Jesus. My friend John swears he looks a little more like Elvis than Jesus Christ. Come to think of it, I don't remember Jesus having mutton chops.

Blessed are the Tourists
On Elvis's jet, he has a bathroom with a gold-plated sink, a lounging room, a giant meeting room, and a bed in the back.

Lisa Marie
That's the end of the story. After the Graceland tour, we picked up Breezy in Cordova... then headed back to Atlanta. This time, though, we came through Alabama. That saved us a lot of time.
Thanks for checking out my photos. Thankyouverymuch.
