SUGGESTED ITEMS FOR PORTFOLIO DOCUMENTATION

INSTRUCTIONS: Each teacher will be required to maintain a portfolio with documentation in the six (6) dimensions. Items included in the portfolio must reflect the current academic year. The portfolio should enhance the teacher's score on the TPEI. It should not be used to lower the summative score. In most cases the portfolio should be submitted to the school principal.

Portfolios are due from teachers up for tenure at the end of the first semester. All other teachers have a deadline of March 1.
