Nestled alongside the Arapahoe National Forest near the very end of the Wildernest development, our Watch Hill condo is the perfect retreat after a day of skiing or hiking.  Large south facing windows provide unsurpassed views of Buffalo Mountain and the Ten-Mile Range.  The two-story unit has a spacious, contemporary feel with vaulted ceilings and lots of glass.   The unit has three bedrooms and two baths, providing comfortable accommodations for 6-8 persons.  Guests have full use of two clubhouses, which contain indoor and outdoor hot tubs.  Wildernest is ideally situated within 15-30 minutes of all Summit County ski areas, and a shuttle bus provides free transportation.  In addition to downhill skiing, there are cross country ski and hiking trails directly from the complex. Of course, linens, paper products, and cleaning supplies are provided, and maid service at the end of your stay is included.

Policies:

· Non-smoking unit

· No pets

· Saturday to Saturday rentals during peak ski and holiday periods, with a 5 night minimum at other times; fewer nights may be         considered with a $110 cleaning fee.  

· $200 security deposit is required at time of reservation and will be refunded within a week of departure

· Rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival

· Directions and lock box combination mailed upon receipt of rental fee

· Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and checkout is before 10:00 a.m.

· Linens, basic paper products, dish and laundry detergent, some food staples (e.g., spices) are provided

· Maid service at end of stay is included with 5 night or longer rental
·  Personal checks preferred, but VISA and MC accepted with 2.95% processing fee
