Hello, my name is Ben.. I never marked the date (I wish I had) so I can't observe an anniversary. It was probabley October or November of 1992. I was Hungry and I stopped for lunch in a cafeteria I had been too many time before.. they had a special on a half chicken, and I took that.. after one bite I noticed it had a "funny" taste, and I almost took it back.. but I was hungry and rushed.. I ate the vegetables and mixed in some more chicken.. but it was too strong to ignore. I stopped and threw it away... It was about eight oclock when I started having stomach cramps and it was followed by diarrhea, dizziness, and nausea. I realized I was in trouble, and called my girlfriend to help me. After two days of this. I felt better but weak. She was making me some soup, when I was hit by another bout of diarrhea, I moved to the toilet, and called out for a pan to throwup in.. I heard her say " you don't have anything left to throw up.." she came anyway carrying the pan.. I looked at her, and I felt everything at once... cramps.. (severe) nausea, dizziness, and this time a sharp pain in my chest area.. and suddenly could not breath.. I seemed to rise up, as if to chase breath. And just then I felt myself "POP" out of my left side. I was ejected, (I can recall this, to this day, micro second by micro secont) I felt as if " oh shit what was that.. I felt like I was thrown out... and "oh shit!!!!!!. I was weightless and seemed to bob about like a cork in a stream..I heard what sounded like a chug and a chug.. and it kept getting louder and faster untill it became OHMMMMMMMMMM. (the chant) I felt a force pulling me slightly..I felt curiouse... and floated with it. the envirnment was not hot not cold..I felt a part of it.. it was most pleasant and peacefull.. the lighting was not a white light.. but a grey light.. and I could feel the vastness of it all.. I remember thinking... It was more like knowing instead of thinking... I had crossed to another dimension.. I was dead.. and I seemed to want to look around.. I was not frightened, nor in anyway doubtfull or apprehensive.. It was nice... and I was curiouse.. just then I felt vibrations of another sound... garbeled..it was not language.. I stopped.. and just floated, and bobbed. the vibrations again.. and again made me drift towards it with a "whats that? thought.." it was then I heard words... BENNY!!!!!!! I saw her suddenly and I asked.. What do you want?.. I was back..My body felt heavy hard to move.. but each movement was easier than the last. and by the time I reached my bed.. I was able to move easier.. and I was starving... It was over... I showered and dressed and we went out... to eat. She didn't stop crying. it was like her eyes just kept tearing... whats wrong I asked.. because although I knew.. I never imagined she did.. and I hadn't said a word. YOU DIED!!!! she said indignetly... I touched her face.. I know I said. and she told me what happened, from where she sat.. She saw I was in distress, and dropped the pan.. and rushed to me.. just as I rose and gasped my last breath. I collapsed on the toilet in a heap and she caught my head, in her hands... She said that my eyes went blank and popped out of my head in a gargoyle like way.. my skin was grey looking and I had no warmth to the touch. she felt for a pulse, and there was non. She made a choice.. she felt if she left me.. to dial 911... I would be "gone". instead she shouted in my face... hoping that It would reach me.. It did. I have told some about this.. My nutritionalist at the time fancied herself a Psycic and she told me after a meditative inspection of my spirit... I did not have an out of body experience.. It was the last time I consulted with her... I have had a miner heart failure, that was a blackout... and not death.. no sensation... I have been under anesthia...and dreamed... that was differant... I have had altered states.. what happened to me was death... Regina (my friend) witnessed it and she agrees... I have since found out that it was caused by dehydration and a complete loss of electro-lites... I have read and heard about so many NDE's.. I have heard none that resemble mine.. I did not hover over the scene.. I did not see a bright light nor a tunnel... I did talk to someone who had a NDE and he said that When I would have turned... I would have seen it.. or if I had proceeded away... but it remains, I did not... I have done no major wrong, and my belief is Christian. I can help but wonder. If anyone has had this kind of experience... the way it happened to me.. I would like to hear from you.
Thank You for having someplace where someone can tell about it.. without being questioned about motives... there are none..it happens.. Tragically the question raised by those who need proof negates so much.. there is no proof till it happens to you, and then there is none necessary.
