Trading Partners of Eastern Rome- The black wind of the Larissan plague has passed through our respective countries so we must rebuild our economies to help keep the poor and bereaved fed and busy. I, with the help of my Regent, am taking over for my father in reopening France to the trade of the civilized world. Hopefully our merchants will remember the previous relationship we held and all will soon be back to normal. I hope the spread of the plague did not cause you much harm and that trade between us will reach full volume quickly. The Bank of Paris is, on my orders, willing to accomodate any short term money needs that you may have. If you need help or if there is anything that I can do just send a message via your couriers.
