Laura with her dad, Dan Leslie. These photos were taken on the outdoor observation deck. The lights of the Strip can be barely seen in the background.And when you turned around to look at the tower, you could see the two rides: The BigShot and the High Roller (roller coaster). Dan actually went up in the BigShot - a ride that shot people 160 feet straight up to the top of the needle and then did a free-fall, bouncing up and down. Gak! Mirtai & I fortunately knew better than to go up in that.

Go ahead, ask Mirtai anything about the machines that make a penny into a souvenir. She tells me there's even a FAQ on these things!Finally, we have a group photo which we asked someone to take for us. Yes, they are tall and I am short.
