Seven Lakes Aeromodeler's Club

Welcome Newcomer!

As you settle into your new home and get acquainted with your new surroundings, new community, and new friends you will soon find that there are many, many fun and interesting things to do. For some of us in Seven Lakes, one favorite activity is building and flying realistic, radio-controlled model airplanes. Perhaps this has been your hobby also, in another place, or perhaps it has been undeveloped and unrealized in the back of your mind for many years. In any case, you are welcome to explore and pursue this endlessly fascinating and challenging hobby in Seven Lakes.

Our club has scheduled flying every Wednesday and Friday mornings, weather permitting. Instruction is available from pilots with over 70 years of combined flying experience. An immediate “hands on” taste of flying is possible with an Instructor using a trainer cord and buddy-box transmitter for the beginner. If you are curious about this wonderful hobby, contact one of our members for further information. You are also invited to attend our regular meetings which are held on the third Thursday of each month, 7:30 P.M. North Side Game Room (Landowners office building).

Hope to see you soon!
