Soon after graduation from Fairborn High School, Fairborn, Ohio in 1958, Jim entered the United States Navy. He completed about six months of service when it was discovered he had a hole in one of his eardrums and he was discharged. Details of his military service are incomplete at this time. Jim married his first wife Carma in Dayton, Ohio and had a daughter named Wendy. Carma died about 1991. After his divorce from Carma, he married Linda Holland, daughter of Walter and Evelyn Holland of Sciotoville, Ohio. Jim and Linda had two children: John and Jimmy. Jim died on May 5, 1990 in Scioto County, Ohio. He is buried in South Webster Cemetery, Scioto County, Ohio.--Beverly L. Pack (niece) |
