                Hail East!
                Bringers of the Dawn.
                On your wings come a brand new day,
                  bringing us endless posssibilities.
                Be with us now!

                Blessed be!
        
        South:
                Hail South!
                Guardians of middle ground.
                Passing from sunrise to sunset,
                  we have to pass through 'self'.
                Be with us now!
                (Light candle)
                Blessed be!

        West:
                Hail West!
                Caretakers of the night.
                Shower us with the radiance of your Full Moon
                  and teach us your Mysteries.
                Be with us now!
                (Light candle)
                Blessed be!

        North:
                Hail North!
                Watchers of the Sun.
                North sees the beginning, sees the middle,
                  and sees the end.
                Be with us now!

        Center:
                Hail Center!
                Spirit of all that is.
                Bring us into the "now".
                This is the intersection of the known past,
                  and the unknown future.
                Be with us now.

                The circle is cast.
                We are between worlds.
                Beyond the bounds of time.
                Where night and day,
                  birth and death,
                   joy and sorrow meet as one.
                The fire is lit, 
                  the ritual has begun.


Note from Stardancer - These Quarter Calls (excluding the last paragraph)
were channeled by a very dear friend of mine.  I mentioned to him that
I was facilitating a Women's Circle that was going to be about getting in
touch with "where you are now in your life", then transferring it to
paper, creating your personal sacred mandala.  He immediately went into
channel and provided not only these Quarter Calls, but the guided meditation
that was used for this Womens's Circle as well.
