Welcome to my garden. Here you will find peace and serenity.

Recline in the hammock or slip into a sky-chair, then close your eyes and relax.

Feel yourself begin to drift upward, into that safe, quiet place where dreams are born, wishes come true, where you are one with your Higher Self. You feel protected and warm here. You are connected with the Universe in this peaceful place.

Take another deep breath and hold it for a second. Now gently release it and relax. Begin to see your favorite colors. They swirl and drift before you. Surround yourself with those colors, feel those colors, become those colors, and relax.

Listen to the gentle sound of a flute playing a haunting melody. It weaves its spell and fills your spirit with a calm, peaceful glow.

As the flute begins to fade, a harp begins to play. You are drifting with its enchanting melody. Feel yourself lifted and flow with the music of the harp.

Inhale the fragrances of the garden. Gardinia, jasmine,
moon flowers.

As you open your eyes you see the glow of the lightening bugs and the moon has begun to rise.

Know that you can come back to this sacred place as often as you need. That peace and tranquility are yours just by closing your eyes and visualizing this place.

This garden is with you always in a place that has no constraints of time or physical boundries. It is your gift to yourself. Come back and visit often. Enjoy!
