Life 'n Stuff pals |
|
|
I've been fortunate to have in my life some really great folks,
friends who have not only put up with me, but have helped me
to grow and discover aspects of myself
I never thought possible
I like to do things and to have things,
and it's easy to get caught up in the doing and the having,
but utlimately it's not all the stuff and running around that matters.
It's the time you share with the folks along the way.
It's in those bonds -- indeed in the obligations themselves -- with others
where one of the keys to that elusive concept of happiness lies.
With modern technology, almost anybody can jump of out plane
or scale a vertical rockface, but it's what we do on the ground
in the day to day, interacting with our fellow adventurers,
that matters the most.
