If anyone knows of a source of 'green' olive oil. Please inform me! I've been looking for a commercial source for years! Wishful dreaming on my part. . . that I might find olive oil extracted from olives harvested in August! My next addition (ie. when I find some time) will include some of my favorite self constructed blends.
