Sometimes Athena likes to sit on top of the computer monitor. We've had Athena since September of 1997.

Hermes III the attack kitten! Hermes III is our newest pet; he and his three sisters were orphaned when a car ran over their mother in May 2003. (If you're wondering why he's Hermes III, it's because Hermes II was killed by stray dogs last spring. I hate dogs.)

Here's a picture, taken in June 2004, of three cats on our bed. This picture is rare because Athena (squinting) usually doesn't like it when either of the other two cats get this close to her. The black and white cat on the right is Elektra. She was Athena's sister and we adopted both of them at the same time when we lived in Austin.

Here's another picture of Elektra, who was a very sweet and sociable cat. She died in May of 2006, and we miss her very much.
