Four weeks had gone by since my meeting with Blue

Four weeks had gone by since my meeting with Blue. I sat at my computer contemplating my experiences during this time. I felt fortunate to have survived them. "Long time no see."

It was good to hear Opal’s voice again. angel purple "Hello, Opal. Four weeks seems like a long time, but, I feel that it has been time well spent. It has given me the opportunity to assimilate the message that

Blue has shared with me. I have been living the direct experience of trust. And I have gotten a glimpse of Blue’s depth too. I have taken steps forward in understanding what trust is really all about."

"Challenging experiences do have a way to bring out the best in us. Trust is the special light that helps us to see the illusion in a situation and to help us see beyond any outward appearances."

"Surrender and trust go hand in hand. Surrender to your highest and how can you not trust that things will work out for your benefit. The energy of Blue goes very, very deep. Do you feel comfortable sharing what has gone on with you these past few weeks?"

"If you don’t mind Opal I will share some of the positive out comes. I have a new job which I love. It is convenient to where I live and the people I work for are wonderful. I feel much stronger as a person. I have faced and transformed some patterns that no longer serve me.

"‘When I trust, I do not have room for worry. I have learned that they cannot occupy the same space at the same time. I see how the Universe is working on my behalf. The list of all my wants is dwindling. I am actually experiencing my hearts’ desires, or at least most of them. And finally, I also see that if I truly trust, I will make the best choices for myself."

"Consider, Joan, what it means to have complete trust in the moment. It will present to you a plethora of opportunities.""What do you mean, Opal?" "Look at it this way. Without trust, we hold tightly to what isfamiliar and our Universe implodes in upon itself.

Opportunities come our way and soon are gone. Holding onto the familiar and comfortable monopolizes our attention. In this state we are not able to ‘see’, much less to reach for the opportunities that are there. Without trust we shut down what is called our intuition.

Our intuition relates to the color Purple. And it relates to the energy center that is directly between our physical eyes. Thus this area is also called the 'Third Eye'." "We are all born with this Sixth sense. Intuition connects this world with the worlds of pure spirit (Light and Sound). Children use it naturally. We all use our intuition. Some of us more consciously than others. How many times have we turned a deaf ear and closed our eyes to the message it brings to us?

The trick, is to interpret the information received, correctly". "An example of what I mean is this; One of the great Greek emperors received a message from the Oracle of Delphi. He wanted to know if he should go to war. The answer he received was that if he were to go to war, a ‘great kingdom’ would be destroyed. He decided to go to war.

A great kingdom was destroyed....his own!" "Now I am getting the connection between Trust (Blue) and Intuition(Purple). Trust and Intuition work together for our benefit. Without them, we are like leaves blowing in the wind. Being like ‘leaves blowing in the wind’ can be an exhilarating experience. But, after time we may find ourselves immersed in patterns and situations that no longer serve us.

We may not even know why we are experiencing what we are experiencing. This can happen when we are unconsciously living patterns that we have set up life times ago." "What do you mean life times ago"? I said." Don’t we live just once"?!"Yes and no", was Opal’s reply. In his ‘Theory of Relativity’ Einstein explained this very well. Let me help you with this. Einstein understood the nature of light and energy. He theorized that time was an illusion and was only relative to how fast a person or thing was traveling. He used the speed of light as a constant.

To measure the speed of light you need at least two points a measured distance apart. The time that light took to reach from point A to point B was determined to be the speed of light. This speed, it was determined, always remained constant. "Interestingly enough, light travels in an arc eventually becoming circle after circle (spirals). Take a brief moment in ‘time’ now and see how all of nature relates to light and how light travels". For example our sun is a round sphere and it is a condensed ball of light energy. All of the planets in our solar system are round spheres.

DNA, the molecule that is life’s blueprint is a chain in the shape of a spiral. Everything is a physical or condensed form of light energy! Everything, reflects the properties of Light".

"Understanding intellectually that everything is a reflection of light is a very good start to making the direct connection with Light itself. Please understand, Joan that experiencing Lights’ reflection is like seeing the suns’ light on the moons’ surface. It is not the sun. To make the conscious choice to experience light directly and each variant of light (color) is a step forward in our evolution and spiritual unfoldment".

"Now, let’s get back to Einstein and his theory. He proposed that if one actually was able to catch up to light or go as fast as the speed of light, time would actually stop. There would be no difference between ourselves and the light that we finally caught up with. We would be the Light! And the Light would be us! What we had previously experienced as the Past and would anticipate as the Future would be known in the ever Present Now. We would have direct knowledge of every Past moment and every Future moment".

I sat at my computer desk trying to make mental sense of all that Opal had just shared with me. "You will be spinning your wheels if you just use your mind, Joan. The mind has a vibration that is slower than the speed of Light. Therefore, it cannot comprehend anything but a reflection of light’s essence. Remember you are the Light.

And you are the animating principle of the mind. Your focus is the key. We live in worlds of reflection when we inhabit a human body. And our bodies serve us as a special protection when we are living in the worlds of matter". " It is so easy to turn our focus outward when living in these worlds. This is where Purple comes in.

Purple resides in the 'Third Eye.' Physically it relates to the Pituitary gland. When we are in harmony with Purple’s essence, we begin to experience Light and it’s twin aspect Sound consciously and directly."

"Remember, Joan, I said that it was easy to have our focus go outward in the world’s of matter. It is their nature to do this! Our challenge as beings of Light and Sound is to use the tool of Self Discipline and turn our attention inward". "You have already been doing this with the ‘Focusing’ exercises I have taught you. It is a habit worth developing. I can almost hear your thoughts, Joan. You are asking yourself what are the benefits of this inward focusing?" I had to nod in agreement.

"Purple is the fine tuner of our inner senses……. the Intuition. This is how I was able to pick up your question. Now let me share with you some answers. Once you make an inner connection with ‘yourself’, your whole perspective of Life changes. Balance, Joy, enthusiasm, expression of your Creativity and special talents, more vibrant health, letting go of the fear of death, etc..... are some of the natural benefits. And last but not least, we become great channels for Love".

"I have made an observation, Opal. As we have been going up the scale of Colors, the more time we seem to be spending on each one. You have really shared a lot about Purple and I hadn’t even done my focusing exercise yet!"

"Well, let’s get to it." Opal’s beautiful rainbow colors evaporated from my vision. I prepared to do my ‘Focusing’ exercise.My excitement grew as I was about to meet Purple, directly. After the long dissertation by Opal, I was curious as to what to expect.

Would I be learning anything new on my own?I took a comfortable position. I invited Purple to meet with me directly. Soon I began noticing physical sensations that were different. I felt a sudden expansiveness around both of my eyes. What came to me next, was like a feeling and an insight at the same time.

After noticing the initial feeling of expansiveness around my eyes, I had an interesting sensation. It felt like the Universe (there are no other words that I could come up with to describe the feeling) was around my eyes. To my amazement it felt like the Universe was inside of my head! I stayed with this feeling for a while.

After several minutes I came back to my normal physical sensations. "Purple gave me a whole new perspective of how I experience the world and the planets and the Universe", I said. I was hoping that Opal would hear me and lend some insight to what I had just experienced. "It felt like the Galaxy was in my head, Opal.

I had a sense that whatever I put my attention on in this state I would know about"."I understand, Joan. Purple is the bridge to the world’s of pure Light and Sound. It is the tunnel that people experience in those ‘near death experiences’. The tunnel becomes very, very dark, (like a void) just before the

White light or Golden light of the worlds beyond the mind." "When doing a meditation or focusing, you may experience the sensation of traveling inwardly at an extremely fast rate. It is at this time that you are catching up with yourself, (light and sound).

When you do, the sensation of moving stops. And the only way you will know this is by doing and having a direct experience." "You do not have to die to experience what you will eventually experience when you drop your physical form for the last time." "At times you may experience a Blue light or Star in your inner vision. This initial contact gives us confidence to trust our inner experiences and to allow them to unfold for our benefit. Fear has many disguises...worry, hatred, blame, doubt, anxiety….. just to name a few. And all of these aspects of fear are eliminated when we trust. Remember, they cannot occupy the same space! This is why our first contact with a Higher Consciousness is often a blue light. This prepares us for our inner journeys.
