This is something I've been thinking about for a while. I say we have a
law where anybody can own any kind of gun they want, but you have to
register it. And you have to be shot with it. This includes Police,
army, etc. You can own as many guns as you want, but you have to be shot
once by each gun you own. If you are caught with an unregistered gun you
get shot with it then and there, and charged a registration fee. I know
accidents will happen, some people may get shot worse than others or they
may decide to own a shotgun or a cannon, or they may decide they want to
own a whole lot of guns, but that will just weed out the folks with less
sense. I think it will make people think more about what a gun's basic
function is if they have to be shot by it.
I have an idea for drunk drivers too.
