Membership in the Association is obtainable by invitation and application is restricted generally to persons between the ages 18 and 64 and eleven months, who are of good general health, of good morals and who are engaged in occupations as shown in the Classification of Risks Manual.
Our members have the opportunity and privilege of inviting others to join with them in the work and pleasures of this great organization, and it has been through the loyalty and active cooperation of its many members that the Association has grown to the large and successful institution that it is today.
APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP
You are invited to join T.P.A. - A fraternal beneficiary society of people in the sales, business professional fields and other acceptable occupations. Your membership lends support to the nation's most forceful safety and child accident prevention programs, the Scholarship Trust for Deaf and Near-Deaf Program together with a community services program. Qualified applicants of good general health and good moral character accepted over the age of 18 at time of entry, when properly recommended and elected to membership. Application must be made in writing on our Membership Application Form. Please contact us at the address above for an application. We will assign your risk category A,B,C or D, based on your age and occupation as specified in the Classification of Risks Manual.
WHAT T.P.A. COSTS
Membership Fee (one time fee), $5.00
A & B Annual Dues, $35.00
C & D Annual Dues, $19.40
Dues are payable annually or semi-annually, without notice, on or before June 30 or December 31.
The following amounts include the $5.00 Membership Fee.
Applications must be accompanied by membership fee and dues as follows:
