We are abandoning our 2cd street building and moving everything we can to the Hanover Twp. Fire Department off SR-503.
The caravan will be leaving the chapter shortly.
Water is already covering the streets at this location.
The bad news is the 5 vehicle caravan was on the Columbia bridge when it washed out-so this is the last thing heard from RC Hamilton.
