This is Red Cross Middletown - Do you have any idea when the main BODY of water will reach us?
We need to know how deep they expect it to be and how wide when it reaches Middletown.
We have 8 to 10 shelters full of people that may be in the flood plain!
(as the EMA and Red Cross operators hear things happening (on the net, on the scanner, on TV & commercial radio-ask for a better description, to repeat the last traffic from ?????, etc. Also demand updates every 5 minutes on the progress of the tidal wave.)

We need an estimated time that thing will get here!
We are trying to Evac our shelters now – but it could take some time.
