Follow these instructions to use your infocard. Don't worry, these instructions are voice automated throughout the actual use of the card. You will be guided through every step. You will also get a written copy of these instructions with every card. If you do get lost, press the * key.

Local and Long Distance Calling

To make a local or long distance call within the US, Canada, or the Caribbean, press 1
To call intenationally, press 011, the country code, city code and number
Multiple calls: don't hang up, press ##, and repeat

Speed Dial, press 1
Select speed dial entry to dial (example 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.)
Press # for programming of speed dial phone numbers
Press * to exit speed dial

Message Delivery, press 2
Enter the month, day, hour and minute you want the message delivered
Press 1 for AM, 2 for PM
Enter the area code & phone number of the person to receive the message
The message will be attempted every 15 minutes for the next 24 hours until delivered
Return to the main menu, press*

Conference Calling, press 3
Dial the first party's area code & phone number
Press *3 after the connection
Dial the next party's area code & phone number
Return to the main menu, press*

Voice Mail/FAX Mail, press 4 Press 1 to access your voice mailbox
  • press 1 to hear messages
  • press 2 to leave messages for other cardholders
    Press 2 to access your fax mailbox
  • press 1 to retrieve your faxes
  • enter the area code and phone number where you want the fax to be delivered
    Press 5 for your personal greeting
  • press 1 to review your current greeting
  • press 2 to record a greeting

    Return to the main menu, press*

    Weather Updates in Over 2000 Cities, press 10
    Sports Scores, press 20
    Ticker Stock Report, press 30

    To recharge (put more time) the infocard, press 7
    Enter your credit card number and expiration date
    Enter the number of minutes you wish to place on your card between 51-249 minutes

    The infocard is available in two formats.

    10 unit (minute) card Non-Denomination card*
    $2.50 each.25¢ unit
    *This card is available in unit increments from of 5 to 249 units. The choice is yours. 10 card minimum, please.
