Dim Sum Brunch on Sunday at Tong Kiang. So much has been said of Tong Kiang, and it did not disappoint. We had to sit at two tables, and Ethan was placed at the strategic seat joining the two. If you did not believe that this family was competitive before, then you could watch us go after the dishes. The wait staff must have thought we were nuts.
