When we got back to Taipei, everyone gathered on April 17 for Akon and Ama's birthday banquet. As people began arriving, the son-in-laws seemed to gather together at one table in the back. Aunt Miko came over to break that up! Emily and Aenoch were styling. It was good to see everyone. All the sons and daughters were there: Keisuke, Kiyoko, Hiko, Yoko, Miko, Reiko, and my father. Many of Kiyoko's children and grandchildren were there, too. Pi-yeo, who did not make the bus trip, was there with her kids (she's waving with her daughter back there), and Yu-wei's wife was there with her little ones (the girl and boy there). I know they all introduced themselves to me, but who can remember nephews' and nieces' names? I'm having enough trouble with my cousins'!
