We were almost able to work it so Lydia got a Web page *before* she got a name! I actually got the images while down in New York, but was not able to down-sample, compose, and upload them before she got a name. Chris explains the images: "Here are some pictures of Jen and Baby at the hospital. Ethan is the big boy in the blue shirt eating the bagel. The other 2 kids are Ken and Lin's (Ken took the photos) Benjamin and Alexandria (Zanna)." Jen gives us the *details* from November 2, 1999 (from her e-mail sent November 4th): "lydia chaio-ling smith was born 2:10 pm on tuesday the 2nd (6 days too early as i had a lot scheduled for this week!!), weighed in at (get this) 8 lbs 8 oz, 20" and all i can say is thank god for drugs!!! we didn't come up with a name until today (surprise, surprise!) so sorry for the delay. otherwise, we're all doing well. thanks to my cousin ken for the digital photo"
