Canterbury Cup (May, 1999) - Runner-up!

We made it! For the first-time ever, the Quest made it to a tournament final. The championship match was against the United Quest White, our Athena "A" level sister team. The White team won 4-2, but the Quest Blue gave them a battle and made it exciting in the second half. The team earned a silver runner-up cup along with individual player medals. Athens Finale (December, 1998)

We played in the 1998 Athens Finale tournament in Athens, GA in December. We had played in a few local tournaments previously, but this was our team's first ever travel tournament.

After an inconsistent fall season, the Quest really came together as a team during this tournament. The girls played well in their first game and very well in their second game, then played their best soccer of the year in game 3, falling 3-2 to the GSA Phoenix White in a game where the winner would advance to the championship game. Metro North Classic (August, 1998)

We played in the Metro North Classic tournament in late August. We won our first game against the Norcross Magic Green (Norcross's 3rd team), then lost close games against two "B" division opponents, the Norcross Magic (Norcross's top team) and the SW Cobb Lady Chiefs (SW Cobb's top team).
